Subject: Day 18

Hi Friend,

What crazy games yesterday.

3-3 on 90 in the Spanish v Croatian game which ended 5-3 to Spain. 3-3 on 90 in the France v Switzerland game which saw the French get knocked out on penalties.

Two of the craziest round of 16 ties you'll find on a single day and very entertaining for the neutral or any football fan.

We had a winner and a loser with the betting and we will have more winners today.

BETTING FOR TUESDAY EVENING/NIGHT

17:00 - England v Germany

Bet 1: England To Qualify (1.89 on Betfair Exchange)
Stake: £15

This bet can be found in the "to qualify" or "to advance" - it will be something along these lines. Basically, any method England use to get to the next round (90, ET or penalties)

20:00 - Sweden v Ukraine

Bet 2: Under 2.5 goals (1.63 on the Exchange)
Stake: £15

ANALYSIS - ENGLAND v GERMANY

England have been defensively sound this tournament but today they're coming up against a very different level of opponent compared to what they have faced this tournament.

Germany had a very tough group and narrowly lost to France. They dismantled Portugal before edging through by drawing to Hungary.

You could say their tournament group was tough and they did well to get through.

Now, the bet I have gone for is England to qualify - many may disagree with me but I am also basing this largely on the home ground advantage.

I think the Germany side is a mix of some really experienced but also very inexperienced tournament players.

I think that England will JUST edge this.

ANALYSIS - SWEDEN v UKRAINE

We should expect a tight game here but after last night where you would have expected at least one tight game, it was a goal fest!

It would not surprise me if tonight brings us two low scoring games.

The Ukraine also lost their last game which won't be good for confidence - of all the ties of the round, I think both of these teams will have been more than happy with the draw.

It gives them both an opportunity - this is why i think it will be quite cagey.

Thank you

Kind Regards
John Anthony
