Well, such businesses don’t exist. And the next best thing to such a business they can’t exist long. It's just not possible to sustain.

Everything needs work. 

Every business needs sales.

The benefit of an internet marketing business is that you can put in the work once, and enjoy the benefits for the next 1-3 years or more. I have websites that I’ve put online years ago, that still bring in trickles of sales each month.
