Just a few reminders if you have not yet uploaded your presentation to the Expo:

If you have slides in your presentation, please use our branded templates downloadable from the Speakers Resource Page.

to make sure that your biography, picture, presentation name, and presentation summary matches what you are actually uploading. If there are changes, please send them to me, so that I can update it.  Also please note that we are using a lot of automation to build individual webpages for each presentation and speaker. Please promote your presentation to your friends and family on social media and other places to build support for the Expo presentations by using these unique URLs in social media.

Please put your title in the file name. We have lots of video files to sift through, please follow the guidelines on the Speaker Resource Page.

The deadline for uploading your presentation to be in the Expo is February 15th, 2022, unless you have received a time extension from me because of extenuating circumstances. This is important because some of the speaker issues that we have had in previous Expos is that we were still receiving and editing presentations up to the Friday before the Expo. We want to have enough time to properly cut, edit, append, upload to vFairs, etc. well in advance of the Expo.
