We are a little more than a week away from the 4th QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo. I want to thank you for getting your presentation into us, and we appreciate the quality and hard work that went into it.

Here is the update:

I have assigned all of the presentations into time slots. Here is a link to the table where you can see your presentation time in UTC/GMT.  I will update the website for the public version tomorrow.

If the time slot is a real hardship for you, please let me know. It will take some juggling to fix it.

We will be using vFairs with their new Restream.io integration. This will allow your presentation to play on the same system where you do Q&A. vFairs will have a sandbox for us to practice, if necessary. Stay tuned for more information.  If you are a single presenter, then we will assign a moderator for you to take questions from the audience, through a text system that appears on their screen. If you are multiple presenters, then your group can host and moderate.

As a speaker at the Expo, you are already registered on the platform.  To get into the Expo to see the other programs, you will just need to sign in with the same email address that you used to fill our our presentation application. You will receive messages beginning tomorrow from the vFairs platform.
