I want to thank you for your speaker submission and look forward to your uploading your presentation to our Dropbox, if you have not already done so.

Please name your video file with this format (Presentation name first 20 characters or less)_speaker name and callsign.mp4 This makes it easy to find and edit your presentation to load on our vFairs platform.
Please upload any collateral such as slides or white papers in PDF format only to the same Dropbox. Please do not email. Once I have it I will upload it to our website. It will show immediately once I upload it.

Once the co-speaker form is complete, please reply to this message with their name and call signs so that we can link your co-presenter to this presentation.

Your Free Expo Ticket
By the end of the week, your credentials to the Expo will be loaded in the vFairs platform using the email that you used to submit your speaker application. You can go to qsotoday.vfairs.com to the login to test your email address. Please send me a message if it does not work.

Please promote the Expo to your friends, radio clubs, and organizations. Let them know that you are speaking at the Expo. Tickets are on sale now at the QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo website. Click Here to go to ticketing and registration. Use the emailed credentials to test your login before the Expo weekend. The cost is a flat $10.00. We offer a free ticket to students and kids under 18 years of age, Click Here for Application.
