Here is an update on the current QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo on-demand period that runs through April 16, 2021. The on-demand Expo has been incredibly successful. As a ticket holder, we want to encourage you to visit the on-demand Expo if you have not already done so.
Here are some stats about the on-demand period (through March 31, 2021): 4084 ticket holders have returned and participated in the on-demand Expo. A total of 73000 videos have been watched by on-demand attendees. There have been 17412 visits to the Exhibitor booths.
Included in the on-demand Expo is the following: All 80+ video presentations are available in the Expo Auditorium. These videos have been remastered and can be seen in beautiful 1080P high resolution, and are streaming flawlessly. All of the speakers gave fantastic presentations so come back and watch them. The videos are indexed under the “Agenda” selection on the Expo navigation bar at the top of the screen, with full searching capabilities so you can easily find videos of interest. After April 16th, all presentations will be available on our Vimeo and YouTube channels, and will be downloadable. Build-A-Thon kits are still available on our website along with the recorded session to help you build your kit. Just go to Build-A-Thon, scroll down, and you’ll see the list of four kits, video links, and buttons to purchase these kits. The Exhibit hall is completely open. All Exhibitor booths are there and filled with extensive downloadable content and videos. And best of all, you can still fill up your Swag Bag with content and then have those items emailed to you. Content includes instructional videos, operating manuals, guides, unboxing videos, and much more.

The Expo team is committed to constantly learning and improving what we do. Virtual conventions of this magnitude are new territory, especially as we try new things. Our Expo is here to serve the needs of the very large amateur radio community, especially those that don’t attend in-person national or regional events (or even local events). We are committed to making that happen. We’ve received tremendous support and encouragement from the ham community to keep going with the QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo and as such, the next one will be held on August 14-15, 2021.
