Dear Friend,
These are step by step instructions on how to use the information that I just sent. I apologize for not doing this before.
If you are a speaker:
Click on the airtable link under Moderator Presentation Assignments. It will show the presentation listing in chronological order. You will see your presentations listed, by time and date, in UTC and PST (PDT on Sunday) with your speaker name, and the moderator assigned to you.
These tables can change in real time - I am finished making time changes - check anyway.
Please note the name of the moderator assigned to your presentation.
Please reach out to him/her using the contact list linked below.
The schedule here, on the website is the schedule. The vFairs list might have tiime mistakes, we will audit on Friday while you are sleeping.

Your moderator will help you to find the speaker link to your presentation.
Try to do a practice session in your backstage with your moderator. It is open now for sand boxing.

The link to the table below is for Moderator Contact information. If you are a speaker, then you can use this list for contacting your moderator.

The list below contains the name of the presentation, the moderator or host link to the back stage at vFairs, and the speaker link.
The difference between the links is that the moderator/host controls the room, goes live, cues the video playback, and puts the speaker and himself on the stage after the video ends.
You may go into your backstage and practice right up to the presentation time.
Please come to the backstage on vFairs/restream 15 minutes before your start time to make sure that your video is in place, and you are ready to Go Live.
When you are on stage, the moderator will take questions from the chat, repeat the question to the speaker, to allow the speaker to answer the question.
If you have a great audience, you may go as long as you wish - you do not have to end at the hour.

Moderators will do most of the heavy lifting. The contact information below is mostly for them to make sure that it all works backstage. Speakers just have to show up on time to engage the audience's questions.

Important Contact Information
Emanuela Petrelli, Event Manager emanuela@qsotodayhamexpo.com - she knows where everything is.
Michelle Thompson, W5NYV and Wayne Yoshida, KH6WZ are both up to date and are available to help and sort out any questions you may have on the platform. Their contact information is in the moderator contact list.
I know that everything will run smoothly. I will not return to the Expo until 10:30 AM PST on Saturday after the Sabbath ends in Israel (that is the advantage of being 10 hours ahead of California - I can attend my own Expo). It also means that I will be gone when you wake up on Friday morning. If you need anything reach out to Emanuela, Michelle, or Wayne.
73, and see you at the Expo!
