The Academy is no longer a virtual convention held on the vFairs.com platform.  Instead, it has evolved into a virtual academy focused on amateur radio presentations, questions and answers, and engaging discussions.

We warmly invite ham radio vendors, like yourself, to be part of this exciting venture. As a vendor, you are encouraged to create engaging 20 to 25-minute presentations that will captivate our audience. These presentations should focus on demonstrating your products as solutions to common amateur radio problems rather than being mere infomercials. We believe in showcasing the practical value of your offerings to our dedicated community. 

Your presentation would be on-demand throughout the Expo, and the 30 days beyond, then available forever in the QSO Today Academy vendors list. 

To facilitate effective communication, you can meet with prospective and current customers around your own, branded virtual round-table.  This interactive approach, with presentation features similar to Zoom,  ensures that our audience can gain a deeper understanding of your products and how they can enhance their amateur radio experiences.

Each presentation opportunity is priced at $500.00 and includes a virtual round table with 25 seats. You are welcome to purchase as many presentations as you desire, allowing you to maximize your brand exposure and showcase the breadth of your product line.

Furthermore, we are pleased to offer sponsorships that provide exclusive benefits to enhance your presence within the Academy. These sponsorships include a dedicated presentation track, multiple roundtables, and branding opportunities in all Academy emails and on the Academy website. These additional promotional avenues will significantly raise your visibility and engagement with our community.

To ensure that you make the most of our platform and effectively reach our audience, the QSO Today Academy will provide comprehensive guidelines and advice. We want to assist you in crafting presentations that resonate with our community's needs and aspirations.

We partnered with Sequel.io, a leading provider of presentation platforms and roundtable video lounges. Their reliable and user-friendly interface will empower you to deliver your presentations seamlessly and interact with our audience effectively.

As a testament to our commitment to fostering knowledge sharing, all presentations will be recorded and permanently added to the Academy's library. This enduring resource will allow our members to revisit your presentations, ensuring a lasting impact. For paid presentations, we will also release the recordings to you, enabling wider publication of your valuable insights.
