Dear Friend,
Now you can nominate the person who moderates your presentation from the list of moderators from the last Expo, or add the person that you want to work with you to the list.

Once you submit the form, a preformatted email will be sent to your moderator candidate with the invitation that includes your presentation name, time, and date. If the reply is YES, then I will add the moderator to your presentation and a confirmation message will be sent to both of you.
A few important points: Please do not share this private link with anyone. If your presentation has more than one speaker, please do not choose a moderator. Choose one of you to run the board, the other to moderate the questions. If you do not choose from the moderator list, then blank fields are available to add an additional person. You need to add their email address to send the invitation. If you are doing more than one presentation, then use only one form for each presentation.
This is new technology using Airtable. I hope that it works great to satisfy everyone. Thanks for making the Expo a great event.
