I get messages & emails everyday from supported saying "You're gonna make it one day" or telling me that "You're gonna get signed soon". I usually reply with a polite "Thanks for love" but in the back of my head I'm thinking... "NOPE".. I don't want to "Make It" or "Get Signed". I love the free range of the indie world. I don't care if I have a hit record or if I get a grammy. I would love to get constructive criticism from my contemporaries like "Kanye" or "Jay-Z" but I literally have no interest in working on their albums.... If they asked, whether you believe me or not, I would turn it down.
It's not that my aspirations aren't high or that I don't want to be successful. I mean I'm going to become a Multi-Millionaire and set my family up for life BUT I genuinely do not believe releasing music or getting signed will grant me that. Proper long term investments and foundations will. What I've always wanted with music is FREEDOM! Companies like DISTROKID & Youtube have granted me that. I can literally release all the music that I want and make money from it ANYTIME, ANYDAY without moving a muscle. This is a BEAUTIFUL time to be alove and not enough of us are taking advantage of it.
I'm continuing to release beats daily, and in 3 more days I will have ALL BEATS re-uploaded back to all streaming platforms and will continue to release more through them daily. With that being said todays beat is called "Toodaloo" it's a simple banger with crazy drums. Check it out when you get a chance.
