It's easy to look at your work & actions and feel like you deserve the acknowledgement that others are getting. Especially when they seem to be working far less than you. What I've learned is that you have to really focus on what they're offering that you're not. Be truly HONEST with yourself/

Are they providing a fun/ less stressful experience? Are they better at numbers & marketing? Are they just... Better? Be truly HONEST with yourself.

I know as creatives we are led to believe that we must have huge EGO'S, but that EGO must be backed by EXCRUCIATING amounts of work. Work that you want to do & work that you almost hate. It's an AMALGAMATION of things that get you to recognition.
