Ran into this interview by Jimmy Iovine (owner of Interscope records). He was explaining why exited the music industry more than 10 years ago. This is one of the pioneers of the music industry, someone who was at the top of the game at one point. He explains every reason why I stayed away and continue to stay away from it. Also understand there's a huge difference between Music "Industry" & Music "Business". The industry is dead & it's a good thing for us as creatives, but there is a bad side....
