| Patience.. It's the hardest thing to have while going after your GOALS/DREAMS! It's the reason why 99% fail in life lol. Most of us don't have what it takes to keep pushing even when it's not in our favor. Why would God/The Universe or whatever you believe in allow you to accomplish anything without friction. No one deserves something for nothing! I have to constantly asses myself and the way I approach things. I've gone after an independent journey with a "Fuck The Music Industry" voice in the back of my head. It's been a struggle, but what I've created is 100% based off of me. It's not based off of an artist that I work with or a label that I'm signed to. No co-sign or acknowledgement. Just pure will. Just MY MUSIC. I've always wanted people to love what I do because I DO IT. Creating a business off of your own merit can almost seem impossible to accomplish. It pretty much IS if you have the same mindset that schools teach & you don't use unconventional ways of doing things. Disruption is the way to making anything work. I've been working for about 3 years on EpikBeats 4.0. Not just for me but other artists and producers around the world. I've build this site to give freedom to others that are on the same path as me the ability to build their own brand/real estate. I'm launching EpikBeats 4.0 today as a testament for the indie world. You can do it if you never give up. I've wanted to a million times, but something in me never stopped.
