I had a conversation with a millionaire around 2005 right before I started my career as a music producer. I asked him how he got to where he's at... He answered "with real estate". I said "I know that but HOW did you do that, what was the turning point". He answered "I bet everything on myself". Things got quiet for a second & we both realized nothing else needed to be said. I studied the internet & marketing a bit for over a year. In the process I had my son, got evicted from my apartment, lived in a converted garage in East Side Long Beach CA & was kicked out of there by the state because it wasn't up to code, so I was homeless with my new born son for a few months. Luckily Tax Season wasn't far away so when me & my ex got out checks we used the money to move to TAMPA, FL. I was a manager at Foot Action at this time & they brought in another manager & my hours dwindled. It got to the point where I got a check for $75 and it was all I had left. I was back in another position that I didn't want to be in. I was still studying marketing & ran into a site called "Soundclick" and learned how to use Myspace to drive traffic to this site in order to generate sales. I took my last $75 & put it into buying software & ads on soundclick & doubled the money in the week. I made $1200 the next month & by the summer I had 2 clients spend $5000 on sets of beats & was blown away. I bet my last dollars on myself because I knew and believed that I did what it took & I acquired the knowledge to MAKE IT WORK. No one handed it to me. So I want to ask you... Have you done the same? Are you willing to bet everything on yourself? If not... You have a lot of work to do. Blessings.
