Subject: Be Leaf

I recently did a poll with artists asking them "Do you think a RAP CAREER is realistic". The results were interesting:

The "NAH" was greater than the bravado a lot of rappers lead with. As someone who's done music for a living I can honestly tell you that that DELUSIONAL BELIEF is necessary to make it.

Let's take a second and play a game of HAVE YOU EVER?

Have you ever finished a full year of songs & scheduled them for release?

Have you ever prioritized practicing performing on a daily/weekly basis?

Have you ever learned a new skill in order to save money in your career?

Have you ever considered yourself an actual viable business?

Have you ever conducted yourself as an actual viable business?

Have you ever studied and immediately applied (5 min rule)?

Have you EVER REALLY REALLY tried outside of making music?

I genuinely believe that in 2024 you can make music your career SIMPLY (not easily). All the resources are abundant BUT what i see is a lack of actual effort. A lot of artists want to pass off the things that will make them successful to others & only focus on the music. It's NOT THAT TIME.

Companies/investors will throw money at you if you have a viable outsource to a market & you can identify the market. The MONEY isn't only in the music.. It's in the business OVER ALL. More info on that in the future STAY TUNED - Epik
