As a black man this is def taking it's toll on my mental & I'm sure it's taking a toll on you no matter what nationality you are.
Honestly I'm just grinding and creating and using the energy to put into the music. As creatives we owe it to the world to create the sound track for it all.
Keep your head up & support each other as much as you can. Unplug from the WEB as much as you can and take time to reflect and be grateful.
