Q. Who actually goes on this trip?
A. Urban Professional people from around the country attend this trip. Singles, couples, married folk and business people who want to have a weekend of "Grown Up Fun" do a little bit of "Networking" in a "Safe, Relaxed, and Beautiful" environment.
Q. Do Urbanprofessionals.com Members get a discount?
A. Yes all Members get a 5% discount on the trip. Returners from past trips get an even deeper discount too!
Q. What is the R.E.F.U.N.D -Policy?
A. Your first deposit of $150.00 is Non-Refundable, however, it does count towards your total if you attend the trip. NO R.E.F.U.N.D.S. are given within 30 days of canceling your trip. The $150 deposit is Non-Refundable. (All trips are Non-Transferable).
Q. Does my $150.00 Deposit count towards my trip?
A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.
Q. Do you offer a payment plan?

Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?
A. First you register and pay your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit online. Every payment after that is automatically deducted on the 15th of every month from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.
Q. What if I sign up for the trip after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd payments have begun?
A. If we have rooms left, you would be required to basically catch up to where the payment schedule is at the point and all subsequent payments are taken out on the 15th of each month. For Example – You sign up for the Weekend-Getaway on April 22nd. Your payment total that day would be $225.00 ($150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit (Which counts towards your trip total) + $75.00 for the missed April 15th payment which would = $225.000. Your subsequent $75.00 payment would be due on May15th. Rooms are almost gone so hurry.
Q. Can I stay an extra night?
A. YES!! We encourage you to stay over on Sunday with us and rest from the weekend's activities at our special rate. Contact us (click here - getaway@urbanprofessionals.com)
Q. Can I pay for my roommate (s) trip with mine?
A. Yes you can pay for any of your roommates but you have to fill out a separate registration for each roommate in order to do so.
Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file after that trip is over?
A. No all credit/debit card information is securely discarded after the trip is over.
Q. Can I pay off my trip at anytime?
A. Yes you can pay in full at anytime, however, you do not officially have a "reserved room/spot" until you have paid your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit. If you have paid your $150.00 deposit you can pay off your trip at any point. Contact us at getaway@urbanprofessionals.com
Q. What happens after I pay my deposit?
A. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation/welcome letter in the mail. This letter will also contain your trip confirmation number and serve as your receipt as well.

Q. Does this trip include any transportation?
A. NO transportation is provided on this trip. Most people carpool or jet in.
Q. What's the closest airport?
A. Savannah/Hilton Head Airport.
Q. How far is the hotel from the airport?
A. It's about a 15-minute taxi from the airport to The Spectacular Hilton Head Westin Resort!!

Q. What time can we Check In to the hotel on Friday?
A. Check In is at 3:30pm
Q. What time do the activities start on Friday?
A. The "Welcome Reception starts at 5:30pm. Be there on time to help us get the Party "Cranked-Up"!!
Q. Does this trip include any drinks?
A. No - Everything is cash bar at the hotel.
Q. Does this trip include meals?
A. Yes
1. A "Welcome Reception" with Complimentary Hors D'oeuvres
2. A "Cookout Style Lunch" on Saturday.
3. It also includes an "After-Five Dinner " on Saturday Night.
Q. Can I golf?
A. Yes there are three (3) superb 18-Hole Golf Courses attached to The Hilton Head Westin Hotel. There is an additional fee for Golfing. We will host a "Scramble" on Saturday morning!!

Q. What if I don't have a roommate?
A. We always have people who don't mind rooming with another person and sometimes we can facilitate that or you can get a single room.
Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?

Q. What will we be doing at the beach?
A. Kicking it and having fun, enjoying each other, the Atlantic Ocean, relaxing and playing beach games!!
Q. Can I carpool with people from my city?
A. Yes, if there are several people coming from the same city we always encourage them to carpool together.
Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?
A. No this is a grown-up outing.
Q. Do I need any extra-money?
A. Yes please bring money for your drinks, your dinner on Friday, your breakfast on Saturday morning and for shopping and souvenirs in the city.
Q. Does everything happen at the hotel?
A. YES! YES! It's a Fabulous Resort too!
Q. How far is the beach from the hotel and do you provide any transportation?
A. Just walk right outside of the hotel and you are actually on the Atlantic Ocean!!

Q. Can I buy a Day-Passes to the Weekend GetAway?
A. The only way we will sell Day Passes is if we sell the trip out.
Q. Will I be guaranteed that my room will have the bed type, view or location I requested?
A. Occasionally, we receive more requests than are available. If this happens, every effort will be made to meet your room preferences on a first come basis. Please be sure to type in comments any special room requests.
