3 Doors Compassion Project Five Week Course |
|
|
|
|
| For the past nine months Marcy and I have presented a
program we named The 3 Doors Compassion Project. Based on practices taught by
our meditation teacher, Tenzin Wangyal, and incorporating teachings we have
received from him, we constructed this program and presented it to healthcare
professionals: educators, therapists, and caregivers, over a nine month period.
The program has been well received and the positive results
as shared by the participants themselves and validated by the research
conducted during the nine months are tangible.
Moving the needle past basic
mindfulness meditation and stress reduction, the contemplative practices in The
3 Doors Compassion Project allow participants to touch more deeply and with
tenderness and compassion their destructive habitual patterns and emotional
reactions in order to transform and heal them.
We invite you to participate in this journey of personal reflection, transformation and healing. There remain several places open. You can follow the link at the bottom to learn more and to register.
