Marcy and I are in retreat with our teacher, Tenzin Wangyal, Rinpoche through January 1, 2020. The First Thursday of the Month Guided Healing Circle Meditation is postponed until the second Thursday of the New Year, January 9th, 2020.

Our monthly newsletter will arrive a few days after the New Year and will have details about Marcy's new and upcoming online 3 Doors Program and reminders about current offerings at our studio.
