Quick Update!

Marcy and I are both in Virginia, in retreat with our teacher, Tenzin Wangyal, Rinpoche, and wishing everyone a celebratory July 4th!

There will be no First Thursday Guided Healing Circle Meditation this week.

The next First Thursday meditation will be held next month on August 1st.
