Happy April's Fools Day!

I hope you're enjoying the warmer weather and taking good care of yourself.

Unfortunately this isn't an April Fools message.

I'll be away much of April teaching retreats with Marcy at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center in Virginia.

The First Thursday of the Month's Guided Healing Circle Meditation for this month is cancelled. I hope you'll continue to make time to practice on your own this month and I'll hope to practice with you on the First Thursday in May!
