| The First Thursday of the Month Guided Meditation Healing Circle is CANCELLED for this Thursday,March 5, 2020.
Unfortunately, I'm recovering from a bout with the flu that progressed into pneumonia. As much as I could use a healing circle practice for my own recovery, I need to cancel this Thursday morning's practice.
If the monthly healing circle practice session is on your calendar, please make time to practice on your own. I'll be doing the same and thinking of all of you!

| Our schedules have been very busy and it's been quite awhile since an opening has allowed us to offer a retreat at our meditation studio at the White Lotus Center.
We are delighted to offer a half day retreat on Sunday, March 29th.
