Compassion Project program, which starts on October 20, and will be led
by Marcy and me.
This is an opportunity to study and practice connecting to your inherent, immeasurable compassion with an international community of people committed to being kind to their own suffering and the suffering of others. The 9-month Compassion Project program supports you to apply 3 Doors meditation practices into your daily life to:
· Reduce stress and renew energy
· Address feelings of overwhelm or burnout
· Process difficult or painful relationships
· Connect with oneself and others from a place of presence and compassion
· Recognize and appreciate spontaneous moments of joy
Currently in its sixth year, this program serves global healthcare
professionals, educators, therapists, caregivers, and anyone who is
motivated by compassion.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
