I'm looking forward to practicing with you this Thursday, August 3rd! I hope you can create a little space in your schedule to join me and others for taking good care of yourself by settling into our inherent refuge of spaciousness, awareness, and warmth.
Please note: this will be the last Thursday meditation practice for a period of time as I'll be traveling to visit family, vacationing, teaching and attending retreats in California, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Assuming all goes well, I'll offer the next First Thursday Meditation on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023. Please mark your calendars. And, of course, I'll send the next newsletter to remind us at the end of October, beginning of November.
I hope you'll continue to practice formally and informally during this three month hiatus of our Thursday meditation sessions!
