I invite you to join us on our 10th Annual Winter Solstice virtual retreat. It is tomorrow @ 8:00 pm. We're having a bit of fun and calling it a pajama party. Mostly, I invite you to come as you are, and enjoy the ease of joining us from home.
Dress code: pajamas, warm and fuzzy robe or easy-wear. Whatever allows you to join us with ease, let go of worrying about how you look or if the lighting is just right. This is a time to revel in the elements of connection, rest and renewal. This is one of the reasons I LOVE virtual retreats. No muss, fuss or travel to join us.
As always, we'll breathe, honor the changing of the light and the seasons, align with the elements and the power of the Winter archetype.
Coming together as women is always magical. Taking a moment to pause during this busy season, and renew before you head into the new year is a loving and powerful way to get centered and grounded. To nurture the best of your inner wise woman.
You deserve this celebration Your work all year on your business, for your family, and other causes. You deserve this time to pause, celebrate, and receive. You also know in your heart that you want this time to prepare for the upcoming year. Give yourself permission to take 90-minutes and receive this gift of love, connection and seasonal practice.
Keep it simple, and join us. - Wear something comfy, soft and sensuous.
- Bring your tea or favorite beverage.
- A candle (real or electric) would be nice.
- If you wish to journal, bring your favorite pen and journal.
- Or simply join us in celebration and rest.
We'll gather on Zoom, but your video on is optional. Feel free to join us with candle light (no worry about lighting or dress code) . This is about the season, the sharing of sacred space, and the power of the changing season.
This is a time for virtual hugs and connection in a sacred circle. It is also time for you to pause and honor yourself, and your inner wise woman.
