Real Estate Authority Act

Sections 12 to 15 relating to the "Directors and Officers of Authority" in the above-mentioned Act have come into effect as from 21 October 2023.

Financial Intelligence and Anti Money Laundering

Effective 4 November 2023, a transaction between the Mauritius Revenue Authority and another person shall be an exempt transaction.

CASS will be delivering a training on Know your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

A Level 3 cleaning is planned on Saturday 11^{th November 2023 as from 8:30 a.m}.

On the menu: deep vacuum, carpet shampoo, and cleaning of tiled floor, desks, PC screens, telephone, windows, blinds, amongst others. Consequently, please:

1. Tidy and clear up your desk, storing your belongings (pen, diary, laptop, etc...) in your drawer;

2. Remove all documents and boxes on, underneath and around your desk.

5^th Privacy Symposium Africa Conference

Representatives from ITL (Francoise and Kate) and CASS (Yashoda and Swati) attended the 5^th Privacy Symposium Africa (PSA) conference from the 7 to 9 November 2023 hosted by the Data Protection Office of Mauritius in Port Louis.

The event emphasised on discussions and presentations in relation to privacy and its related issues in the African context.

Birthday Celebration Party

The mess on level 3 was illuminated with cheer to celebrate Varounen's birthday. We hope you enjoyed your first birthday celebration at ITL Varounen! 😊

Divali Get Together | Level 4

Looks like any celebration is worth when it involves cake...specially Divali cakes! Level 4 hosted a Divali party as they indulged in some delicious Indian sweets😜
