It's been a while since our last gazette and we are pretty sure you missed our 'hello there people!' Can we get a 'Hello' back from our devoted readers? 😉 For this special edition, we will do things differently but worry not, you will find the usual and less usual sections.

As you all know, two weeks ago, we undertook a survey to gather your views about our Gazette. It’s now time to reveal the highlights of the survey.
Thank you very much to our 81 respondents - some have made us go 😲 while others have made us 😊
Much to our surprise (yes, we must admit it here that we weren’t really expecting this), the 3 most read sections are: Leavers & Newcomers (awwwww, it’s always nice to know who the new colleagues are, isn’t it? 😊), technical news and gatherings (we are guessing you do want to keep tab on what the team is up to in terms of fun 😊)

PS: The gazette is for YOU people so we are calling out to everyone to send pictures for team buildings, get together, tea time, lunch time and the list is long. You can also send us articles, slams, poems and a small write up on what you are passionate about. 😄

Dress code policy
We noticed some happy faces in the office since the beginning of the week. Indeed, our colleagues have well adopted the new dress code policy put in place for the Imperium Group (as per attached document).
Perigeum Capital has officially moved office!
If you follow Perigeum Capital on LinkedIn (pretty sure you do, if not, hurry up and go follow the page 😉), you would have seen that they officially moved their office to the ground floor of the building.
For the occasion, they filmed the whole process so have a look at it.
The Budget Night 2023 was full of surprises! ITL, Andersen and Perigeum Capital have mobilized their teams to stay up all night for the release for the Budget Brief.
Accompanied by a briani and some snacks, our teams were all set to work. This was also an opportunity to get to know other people 😉
A special thanks to Andersen team who have provided the delicious briani and the snacks which helped us listened to the whole budget without starving... 😃 Those who stayed for the Budget Night know that the briani is a must and most awaited moment of the night.
The ESG Committee has prepared a series of activities in line with World Environment Day campaign 'Beat Plastic Pollution'. We have launched our World Environment Month Series with an insightful presentation by PIM Recycling who elaborated on how plastic is harmful for our planet and how we can contribute to making a difference 🌎♻.

Music Day Celebration
There are different ways to share happiness and music is one of them
To mark this year’s Music Day, ITL chose to share our lunch, our team’s musical talents and our happiness with the youngsters at Oasis de Paix, an NGO offering free education to out-of-school youngsters with the aim to increase their employability. Our team was present and held a mini musical show for them.
Bowling - Duo scratch June 2023 tournament
Our bowlers consisting of Mayur, Kong, Iqbal, James, Ashive and Hemnish are participating in a duo scratch tournament which started on 12 June 2023 and will end on 3 July 2023.
The league has registered a total of 18 teams and they have already played 2 legs of the tournament being halfway for the finals.
Mayur is currently ranked second in the individual scratch league with 5 points behind the leader and looks all set to claim the top spot in the third round.

Get together / Tea Time
'Ene bon gato pima cho cho' for an afternoon tea time is the perfect way to have a break from work and catch up with the colleagues - this is why Team XXX held a small get together.
