Logging IT tickets for any IT-related issues or requests is more than just a procedural step. David's mail is quite informative, so if you have missed out on it, please do check it out. And don't forget to log in your IT tickets if you want IT to resolve your issue in the nick of time 😊

2. Overseas Travel and Access to Corporate Resources


Should you have been travelling overseas recently, you may have noticed that Microsoft accounts and Citrix VDI were not working. Don't panic and don't worry, you've done nothing wrong! 😂


Like the guards protecting the Buckingham Palace, IT has implemented the geo-access restriction to reinforce the security of our systems. Consequently, should you be travelling in the future, kindly seek approval from your reporting director about your travel plans and the requirement to access the company's digital assets and then notify our IT Team at least 3 days prior to your trip and they will wave their magic wand.
