Subject: In-Depth ESG Verification Questionnaire – Phase 2 begins soon!

Dear Valued Partner,

Thank you for your participation in the initial phase of the ESG Partner Verification Programme. We appreciate the time and effort you’ve taken to provide baseline information about your organisation.

We are pleased to inform you that your responses have been reviewed, and we are now preparing the second phase of the assessment, which involves an in-depth ESG questionnaire.

The follow-up questionnaire is designed to gather detailed insights about your company’s:

• ESG governance frameworks and sustainability oversight.

• Environmental and social metrics, policies, and practices.

• Other risk and size-related measures (if applicable).

This will be the last phase of the assessment. The questions will focus on key ESG topics that align with your industry and organisational characteristics based on the information you provided in the initial questionnaire. As this is part of a trial, this questionnaire will be a light version focusing on key ESG topics.

You will receive an email with the link to the in-depth ESG questionnaire within the next three weeks. Upon receipt, we kindly request that you complete the questionnaire within 2 weeks. Once submitted, your answers will be carefully reviewed, and your ESG score will be shared.

If you have any questions in the meantime, or if you require assistance when the next phase begins, please feel free to contact ESG Intellis Solutions at haujayeb@esgintellis.com or esgoperations@esgintellis.com. You can also call us on 402 6810.

We sincerely thank you for your commitment and look forward to collaborating further in the next phase of this initiative.

Best regards,

Harsheenee Auyajeb
