FIU/Notice/2024/01 Registration Of Reporting Persons Pursuant To Section 14C Of The FIAMLA
Section 14C of the FIAMLA requires all reporting persons, as defined under the FIAMLA to register with the FIU, established under Section 9 of the FIAMLA. On 27th March 2024, the FIU issued a Notice "FIU/Notice/2024/01โ (as per attached) with respect to registration of reporting persons pursuant to Section 14C of the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (FIAMLA).

Absa Bank Communique - Fax Payment Instructions [Cut-off Date: 01 July 2024]

HSBC Communique - Corporate Card demise
Following their announcement on 13th November 2023 that The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited has entered into an agreement to sell its Retail and SME business to ABSA, they will discontinue their corporate credit card program, which was primarily targeted to their retail banking segment.
As such, kindly note that your corporate credit card will be cancelled on Wednesday 1st May 2024. View the attached email for more information.
