I am delighted to share some significant news regarding our leadership team.

As of 1^st January 2025, Varounen Goinden has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer at ITL. Since joining ITL in April 2023, Varounen has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep understanding of our business operations.

In his new capacity, Varounen will focus on driving operational excellence and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our service delivery.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Tommy Lo, who has been instrumental in our growth journey. Tommy will continue to contribute to ITL’s success in his role as Director.

As we celebrate our 25^{th anniversary}, this appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening our organisational capabilities and fostering innovation. I am confident that with the contribution of Varounen, we will continue to grow and excel in serving our clients.
