Appointment of Dr Rama Krishna Sithanen, G.C.S.K., as Governor of the Bank of Mauritius


In a communiqué, the Bank of Mauritius informs the public that His Excellency Prithvirajsingh Roopun, G.C.S.K., President of the Republic of Mauritius, has, in accordance with Section 13 of the Bank of Mauritius Act 2004, and upon the recommendation of the Prime Minister, has appointed Dr Rama Krishna Sithanen, G.C.S.K., as Governor of the Bank of Mauritius for a period of three years with effect from the 16th November 2024.

ITL Leisure Day: Sun, Sea and Team Spirit! 🌞


Last Saturday saw the ITL team heading to Ambre Hotel for a cracking day of fun and to celebrate ITL's 25th year anniversary.


The highlight? Team Moustass absolutely smashing it with their brilliant performance across all activities!

Special mention goes to our ladies who displayed stellar coordination in the "Fill in the Water" challenge - proper teamwork in action there! The competitive spirit was absolutely electric, with everyone giving it their all and then some. 🌟

But it wasn't just about the victories - the day was a brilliant showcase of camaraderie and team bonding. From strategic planning to enthusiastic cheering, every moment reflected our united spirit.

Bringing Colour and Joy: ITL Foundation at SAFIRE


What a heartwarming way to celebrate World Children's Day! Last Wednesday, the ITL Foundation inaugurated the wall paintings which the volunteers painted earlier this month at SAFIRE's

This NGO has been doing brilliant work since 2006, supporting and protecting vulnerable children across Mauritius.

The highlight of our day? The children treating us to a proper Mauritian celebration with an absolutely incredible sega performance! Their energy was simply infectious, and before we knew it, even some of our typically reserved colleagues were swaying to the rhythm!


Over a lovely lunch together, we shared stories, laughs, and enough smiles to brighten even the freshly painted walls. The children's joy was absolutely palpable - a reminder of why initiatives like this matter so much.

A massive thank you to everyone involved in making this day truly special. Here's to many more opportunities to make a difference in our community! 🌟
