No, you will also enjoy Qi-Gong, meditation, mindset walks, and a unique singing bowl bath. You will feel like you are floating through the Cortijo afterward.

But there is one thing we must be clear about. Unlike most other yoga retreats, you are welcome to enjoy alcohol in the evenings, and our menu includes more than just vegetarian options. It wouldn't work for us if it didn't. 😁
