Subject: There is a lot to be thankful for this year

Hi, Friend,

We like to give thanks all year long, but our gratitude is especially heartfelt towards the end of the year as we take a moment to reflect on 2021 and see all that you have made possible. What a year it has been. We will be sharing more about that next week during our year-end Chat, #GivingTuesday, and Build Week celebration.

For now, we are investing everything we have learned this year into constructing 50 rainwater catchment tanks through our Water Security program in Matsakha, Kenya. These tanks are built using our strong, non-fired, and environmentally conscious Interlocking Stabilized Soil Bricks. One of the many benefits these bricks offer over traditional fired-clay bricks is that they can be fabricated on-site.

That's what is happening in this picture taken at Hamtua Primary in Matsakha - the location of future rainwater catchment tanks and where the school water currently has to be sourced from children's homes. These curious school children will get to see the bricks made, cured, and then fabricated into 25,000 liters of water storage capacity that will drastically change their access to clean water. We can't thank you enough for making this possible.

Happy Thanksgiving from the whole Friendly Water for the World team.

And don't forget to join us at our year-end Chat on Friday 12:00-1:00 pm (EST), December 3rd to celebrate all we have accomplished together this year. Just click the button to register.
