A Friendly Water for the World Chat about building better

Hi Friend,

They say every brick has a story to tell. Well, we have a new story to tell about bricks. And building.

For millennia, people have been using dried, compressed, and fired bricks to build. Bricks that didn’t last. Buildings that fell apart. Now there is a new kind of brick. And with it, new opportunities to build sustainably, for less money and less harm to the environment.

Last year our partners built a school with new interlocking stabilized soil bricks. Last month we built a rainwater catchment tank. What will people build next? Join our Chat to find out and share your own ideas.

chat about the future

On Friday, May 28th from noon to 1:00 (Pacific Standard Time), chat with us about our new building better program and hear us talk about how it is driven by our new mission and vision.

Come for the whole hour (we won't go over, we promise), or just stop in for a few minutes on your lunch break. Don't miss it.

Did you miss our last Chat about sustainable development? It's one of the most important Chats we've hosted over the last year.

It was a great conversation about the mistakes organizations make when only focusing on short-term outcomes, and what we are trying to do differently.

Until our next Chat, be well and be safe everyone.
