Subject: Friend, you won't believe this.

Friend,

Did you know that the Ford Foundation just gave $300,000 to the
Catholics for Choice to help with abortion promotion?

Amazing! Clearly, if your group is promoting abortion, there's
plenty of money out there to help.

Meanwhile, in the last eight months, we sent out 21 grant
requests seeking only $13,600 to help complete a study of the
aftereffects of abortion on women.

And this is no minor study. The database, which we have already
prepared at a cost of $47,000 encompasses over one million women.

So how successful was our grant proposal?

Total foundation support received: $0. Zero. Zip. Nada.

Yeah. Read that again. $0. Zero. Zip. Nada.

Now, we're not stupid. We did our research. These
applications went out to foundations identified as having an
interest in pro-life issues. But while all gave us words of
encouragement, that pat on the head was all we got. Plus the
recommendation to look for financial support from some other
source.

That source, the ONLY reliable source, is from private donors.
People like you.

I know you can't match the Ford Foundation's generosity. But
perhaps you can donate 0.01%, which would be just $30. Or
maybe, 0.1%, which would be $300.

Whatever you can give will be of great help.

Let's call it the Ford Foundation Challenge.

Now, as I mentioned earlier this month, we are going to end our
fiscal year on June 30th in the red. My best estimate is that we
will end with a deficit of around $8,000.

I'm not expecting this final nine day push will completely close
that gap, but even a $7,000 deficit is better than an $8,000
deficit.

So please consider responding to the Ford Foundation Challenge.

Help us close our budget gap.

Help us continue to publish the research that is making a
difference.

And our studies are truly making a difference! You can see that
proven by the fact that our studies are among the most cited in
the recently released draft document prepared by the Royal
College of Psychiatry in their new review of abortion and mental
health.

More good things are to come.

You can make a difference, both to us and through the efforts we
can accomplish together.

But we truly need your help to fund our efforts.

Please donate today.
