"No one should be allowed to force a woman into having an abortion
she does not want. Whether the coercion is subtle, overt, or violent,
it is always wrong." --Sarah Terzoh

This Gives Babies and Moms a Voice

A recent issue of the Elliot Institute News illustrated how "the powers that be" will sometimes try to block or dismiss politically incorrect scientific evidence that defies conventional wisdom while exposing abortion myths.

When all else fails, some established gatekeepers may even resort to playing "blame the messenger" to explain away new evidence, as well as studies already published.

Despite all this, a growing body of evidence -- evidence that has been peer-reviewed by scientific experts and published in academic medical journals -- continues to speak for itself. In turn, it speaks for the babies and mothers endangered, maimed or killed by abortion.

This quiz is an easy way to share this evidence and challenge people on all sides.

Part One of the Quiz -- Before Abortion

The first half of the Elliot Institute's evidence-based Pop Quiz
spotlights just how common coercion is in America. It deals with coercion in its many subtle and not-so-subtle forms. Pre-abortion coercion often comes from all sides. It can escalate to violence or even homicide, the leading killer of pregnant women.

As you'll see in Part Two, this prelude is often magnified by further injustices, including negligent and unsafe medical practices, (e.g., failure to screen for coercion, negligence or even horrific abuse and malpractice) and Forbidden Grief.

Our quiz challenges "pro-choice" people to rethink the myth that abortion is about free, fair and fully informed, much less humane, just or even legal, "choice."

Part Two of the Quiz -- After Abortion

The second half of the quiz focuses on what happens after abortion. The pre-abortion assault on fundamental rights is furthered by post-abortion heartbreak, physical injury and maternal deaths.
(Find resources -- including help for those being coerced into unwanted abortions -- on the Help & Healing page.)

This quiz helps people who are undecided bystanders or ambivalent to reconsider their views on abortion's justice and risks to the rights and lives of both the unborn and women.

Take The UnChoice Challenge!

Use our Pop Quiz to challenge those who think coercion is rare in America ... that abortion is not exploiting and killing mothers, too, ... that this illegal, internationally recognized human rights abuse is about "choice."

Those who take this quiz will see that coercion, exploitation and other abuses, and aftereffects are evidence that the deck is stacked against mothers of all ages and from all walks of life.

Clearly, this shell game is not about "choice;" it's The UnChoice.

Download and share the quiz with others -- especially those who call themselves "pro-choice." Challenge their fundamental assumptions.  Expose how abortion puts more women -- especially teens and financially or otherwise vulnerable individuals and families -- at risk of coercion.

Use our Pop Quiz and The UnChoice materials to tell "the rest of the story."
