In this issue ... Mother's Day Outreach
Mother's Day is an ideal time to encourage and educate ... all in one message. Many still haven't heard new evidence that most abortions are unwanted or coerced, that many are forced, plus the sheer magnitude of post-abortion heartbreak and loss.
On Mother's Day, many will silently grieve the loss of a child. Some families will also grieve for a daughter, sister or friend who was broken or even killed by pregnancy- and abortion-related injustices. This outreach matters in so many ways! In this edition, you'll find links to:
- Mother's Day ads, flyers or bulletin inserts
- Mother's Day bookmarks or business-card-sized ads
- Co-op ads/flyers with a box for your message or a sponsor's logo
- Links to other outreach ideas, such as letters to the editor
- Gift ideas to encourage a mother who is grieving on Mother's Day
Save lives two at a time – both babies and mothers – while exposing the prevalence and risks of unwanted abortions and post-abortion risk and heartbreak ... endangering the rights and lives of both babies and moms.
Mother's Day Ad, Flyer or Co-op Version
 This compassionate, evidence-based message is available in many styles and formats, including small cards you can print and distribute or leave where someone who needs to hear it may find them. You'll touch many lives!
There are co-op and non-co-op versions. There are also Mother's Day bookmarks, cards and other materials.
Use these materials as bulletin inserts, bulletin ads, handouts, posters, etc. in civic group, school, church or other publications in print or on-line.
Other Tools and Tips to Use During May or Anytime
There are many ways to use these materials:
- As a stand-alone ad in print or on-line publications.
- As a "co-op" ad with a boxed area for your message.
- As posters to display in churches, schools, etc., where permitted.
- As a bulletin insert or flyer to hand out, post on-line, use in newsletters or forward to friends and leaders.
- Business-card or postcard-sized messages (Some are formatted for Avery or other office-supply templates.) Great to hand out at booths or to have with you when the subject comes up.
- Letters to the editor – use our templates as a guide to write letters during May and on Mother's Day about mothers exploited, traumatized or dying before, during and after abortion.
Where to advertise? Remember, abortion touches everyone in one way or another. You can advertise anywhere – from school news to church bulletins to senior citizen publications – and you will reach individuals and families who need to hear this or others who can help in some way.
