Dear Friend,
During this Holy Week, please pray for those at risk or already hurt by abortion, including not only millions of unborn children, but mothers, fathers and families broken ... or literally killed by abortion.
Some of these invisible people are or were:
- mothers who had or will have unwanted abortions,
- teens at risk, exploited, coerced or victims of post-abortion suicide
- fathers who will or have taken their own lives, or
- pregnant women who will be or have been beaten, tortured or killed for resisting coercion, ultimatums or other demands to abort (see Forced Abortion in America resources)
If you haven't already, please join the Church Awareness Project and send copies of our Church Leader's Kit to your pastor and other church leaders, encouraging them to speak out against abortion and its clear and present dangers to all.
The kit includes a free pdf copy of The Jericho Plan: Breaking Down the Walls Which Prevent Post-Abortion Healing by Elliot Institute Director Dr. David Reardon.
Whether you forward your free copy or participate in additional ways, plan now to take part in the Church Awareness Project during Coerced Abortion Awareness Week Sunday, April 7 through Sunday, April 14.
Your kit will also include:
- free bulletin inserts,
- prayers to say and share, and
- booklets on Help & Healing, especially appropriate
for sharing Divine Mercy during this holy season
You can be a part of this important outreach project simply by forwarding the free book, and/or choosing one or several of the suggested activities in your participants' kit.
If you haven't already signed up, it's not too late to join the Church Awareness Project.
Tell a friend, mark your calendars and watch your email for reminders and updates. Thank you and God bless you for your partnership in this work!

About the Church Awareness Project
The Church Awareness Project is an online, evidence-based Elliot Institute project to inform and educate churches that most abortions are unwanted or coerced and about the spiritual and emotional wounds caused by abortion. Our goal is to mobilize churches to speak out, to advocate for the authentic rights of unborn children and their mothers and fathers, and to offer support and healing for those in our churches and communities who are affected by this issue.
Visit the Church Awareness Project Blog for the latest news, resources and updates, and to leave feedback and ideas.
If you haven't joined the Church Awareness Project yet, sign up to receive the free Church Leader's Kit for yourself, your pastor or church leaders, and others in your faith community.
