| Intuitive energy guidance: Your Journey of Truth
The energy of this week brings us on a truth journey: it's a Full Moon, which is generally a moment of truth, but this theme has been going on for a few months now (if you hadn't noticed!)
Universal energy is speaking and it's telling us to create sacred space to bring forth personal truth.
Yarrow wants to help us creating strong energetic boundaries to keep what needs to stay out, out, and what needs to stay in, in. This is a strong theme with the Full Moon in Gemini (AND Mercury in retrograde): truth needs to come out, and it will one way or another, so we better express it ourselves by choosing the how carefully.
Trillium talks to us about new beginnings, something that is being born: from the space of truth you have set for yourself, there's an idea, or more than one, that is coming "out of the dark". What is this thing that wants to come out? How can you nurture it into being?
Tulsi helps us in doing so. She says: "You are sacred." She brings back to our attention that we are powerful spiritual beings tat can bring the unseen into the physical world. We can bring Heaven on Earth through our physical form.
This incubation period will last for the next months and many amazing creations will come to life if you honor yourself, your temple, your space and keep yourself and your truth nurtured.

Rewrite your mission statement. Meaning: what is the ultimate result you want to get to your clients? What is your mission? Put it down in words so that you are always REMINDED OF YOUR TRUTH when you feel lost.
Having a short mission statement somewhere you can see it often helps you making decisions, creating content, interacting with clients... it is your lighthouse. Your guiding light.
A few questions to help you write a mission statement:
- What is the emotion I want my clients to feel after they interact with me or my content? - What is the end result I get for clients? - How do I want to feel when I work in my business and with my clients? - What do I want to represent for my clients?

| Rituals: Light Cleanse
Find some quiet time to sit in meditation for this cleansing, re-charging "light meditation".
You can do this at any time of the month, but I find it particularly reinvigorating and cleansing if done on a Full Moon (or the few days after the Full Moon).
Sit down in a comfortable position and relax, calm your breathing. Start imagining this bright white light that permeates the entire Universe. It is sparkling, it comes from above, it shines everywhere and it is everywhere.
Start feeling it coming down, pouring on the top of your head. A tingling, refreshing and warm sensation at the same time starts to envelop your head from the inside.
The white light slowly pours down your forehead, your throat, your shoulders.
It fills up your heart, giving you a beautiful sense of gratitude.
Now it goes down your stomach, relaxing it and calming your nerves.
The light flows down your belly, your genital area and down through your legs.
See the white light expanding down into the Earth, where it connects you with this important part of Creation.
You are now cleansed and grounded, how are you feeling? |
