Hey Friend! Are you still there? After last week's Full Moon drowned us in ideas, thoughts, unlikely paths and connections... and we're now left to clean this mess and bring some order into it all? Yeah, that.
Let's dive in! |
| Intuitive energy guidance: Working with the Unconscious
The cards for this week want us to dive deep into the darkness of the night to find our guidance. We're going towards a Dark Moon anyway, so this is the realm we're working with now.
California Poppy, Mugwort and Thyme will accompany us through this journey (I do my readings using the Herbiary deck by Maia Toll: look it up, it's gorgeous!)
Sink into the blackness of the night with the intent of coming our renewed – or refueled. Dreams will help us in this process: not all dreams are equal, and we can work with the "special ones" to guide us.
What are your dreams telling you? What is being processed? What is brewing in there to prepare you to let go in your "awaken" life?
Your dreams are telling you where you've been, where you are and where you will be if you're ready to bring the unconscious into the conscious.
Are you still dreaming about your ex-partner? Are you having that awful dream you used to have as a child all the time?
Those are signals, beacons of light to follow on your path to your most powerful Self. We are going through a "distillation" process: shedding what we are not, to reveal the potent that we truly are (this is a theme that will go on over the next few months)
Darkness and dreams are calling you back to YourSelf: will you say "yes" this time?

| Moon phase: Last Quarter Moon
"With just a few weeks remaining before the Sun enters Capricorn, use this time to organize your life. You might consider purging your closet, refraining from making big year-end purchases, limiting your intake of alcohol and sugar, and letting go of toxic relationships. Take a stand for your truth, and let the rest go. Staying disciplined now sets you up for success at the start of the new year. [ ... ] In purity driven Virgo, this Moon commands discipline. As we inch closer and closer to the upcoming Solstice, consider any indulgences that are holding you back from the growth you crave most, and eliminate them. Yes. Choose to change. Now. (Not after the clock strikes midnight on January 1st)." Jennifer Racioppi - The Numinous

| Integrate in your business:
Tying the final loops before we get into the dark moon and in our renewal and rebirth process. This is the time to finish your unfinished business, get ready to renew and reset. It's a good time to journal around what worked and what didn't in the last lunar cycle.

| Chakra work: Stay Grounded
I know it sounds counterintuitive, and that you were expecting a "Sixth Eye opening" exercise! But in order to freely dive into the subconscious and "lose yourself" into the darkness of the dream world, you need to be grounded. Very grounded.
Being grounded will make it easier to let go, because you won't be afraid of "disappearing" during your work. You won't be afraid of losing yourself in the labyrinth while you are discovering yourself.
So let's work on your lower chakras with lots of nature walks, yoga, any physical exercise really and breath work. It will make your "Third-eye work" much easier!
|
| Limiting belief work: These are some limiting beliefs that might be coming up during this time. Be aware of them.
"I don't know who I truly am." "I'm lying to myself" "I do not dream" "I never remember my dreams" "I don't have a Higher Purpose" |
| Affirmations:
"I am always guided and supported by my Higher Self""I am powerful beyond what I think is possible" "I step into darkness to reveal my inner Truth" "My dreams are guiding me back to MySelf" |

| Rituals: Connect to Dreams
Remembering your dreams and working with the dream realm is an art. And as all arts, it needs to be practiced.
The first thing to do is to connect with your dreams; if you usually forget them, don't pay much attention to them or believe you don't dream (we all dream, you just don't remember) this ritual is for you.
Start by collecting some objects that remind you of a "dreaming space". I like amethysts for this purpose, feathers, Lavender essential oil... anything you like that connects you to the idea of dreams.
Before you get to sleep, do some meditation or relaxing yoga: the idea is to free your mind from too many thoughts. Bring a notebook and a pen next to your bed and set the intention of remembering your dreams.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, try to not move for a few minutes and consciously recall your dreams: it will be easier if you do this first thing, without moving. When you're sure you are recalling some of it, write them in detail immediately.
You'll see that the more you write, the more you will recall.
This is the start of a beautiful journey into your subconscious world, and it can really tell you a lot about what you're going through in your "underworld". Work with what you dig in these morning writing sessions: see if there's anything that needs to be released, journaled about or some signals that you're ready for something bigger in your life (to move on for example?).
Happy dreaming! |
