| Moon phase: New Moon
During the New Moon we take time to set intentions for the upcoming cycle. New Moons smell like a fresh start, a wonderful moment to let go and set the tone right for what's to come. Ask yourself: what is that wants to happen in my life in the next lunar cycle?

| Integrate in your business: Plant your Seeds
This is a good time to plan out your 2018 last quarter if you still haven't. What do you want to achieve before 2019? How are you going to get there?

| Chakra work: Swadhisthana
Intuitively, this Moon feels into the Second Chakra. It's a New Moon, so we're in the realm of the inward energy, the space where we look within and rebuild ourselves for the next cycle. Since it's in Libra, we're also looking at balance and partnerships. We will look at those from the point of view of our emotions.
Once you set your intentions, sit down and do a Sacral Chakra meditation to activate the energy of this chakra. When you feel relaxed enough, feel into your emotions:
What does your plan feels like? What are the feelings that come up when looking at your intentions? How can you create those states of being in your life now?

These are some limiting beliefs that might come up around this time and that you might want to work on:

The energy reading for this New Moon week calls into the power of FLOW. Are you letting emotions flow, free of transforming and eventually slide away when they're not needed or when they don't belong to you?
If you have been feeling overwhelmed by emotions, try this: tap into the emotion and ask the Universal energy: "Is this mine?". Feel in the body if it's a yes or if it's a no. Most of the times it will be a "no", so take a deep breath and express the intention to send the emotion back to where it comes from or send it deep down into the Earth, so that it can be transformed in a prosperous energy and re-used.
The work on emotions is particularly important as it is related to the Second Chakra work. Pay attention to how things FEEL in your body. This is your inner compass that shows you the way when you're setting your intentions. |

| Rituals: Release and Rebuild
Use the first day of the New Moon to release what no longer serves you, and the next couple of days to rebuild and create your next 28 days.
Release: sit down in silence and have your journal handy. Meditate quietly on the things that have felt heavy during the last period of time. What needs to go? What are you not available to carry into the new cycle? Write those things down. Read them out loud and stop a few minutes of each: feel the feelings that they stir inside of you, accept and receive the message those feelings have for you. YOU only can know when it's time to let it go. When the time comes, take a deep breath and imagine a ball of energy in your hands: feel every heavy energy related to the thing you want to let go, flow into that ball. Take another deep breath and release the ball into the Universe, with the awareness that it will transmute in energy that is useful and prosperous. Do this "ball" exercise for everything you want to let go.
Rebuild: reset your schedule and rebuild it in a way that feels good. Take into account the moments of the day when you feel more productive, more inclined to go within and rest/integrate, the times when you feel your creative juices flowing. Build your new schedule around these and try it out for the month of October and see if it makes for a noticeable improvement.
