Have you ever felt so scared you couldn’t bring yourself to do what you wanted to do Friend?
I remember looking at the screen, sweating cold drops while looking at that big blue button. “Go Live”.

Everyone around me was doing it, and I felt like something was missing in me, something I should definitely have had.
I see people asking for help about this all the time. And all they get as a suggestion is “JUST DO IT!”


You could say that’s what I did, but between me going live with no problems at all and me sweating and closing the live video tab over and over again and telling to myself “It’s late now, I’ll go live tomorrow” over and over again there was a lot of work.
That’s why I want to tell you about that work now. 


I dug deep. You know what was underneath my fear of being seen?
A fear of being harassed, hurt and killed even. It was not just a simple “fear of judgement” thing.
Underneath a “stupid” fear, there might be a life/death situation for your brain. And any fear or block or belief might not just be in your mind, it could be in your energy body as well!
Wherever this stuff is coming from and wherever it is stuck now, it needs to be dealt with. Asap!
This stuff is preventing you from fully showing up as your authentic self (which is what ultimately brings you success and satisfaction!).
You know what I say all the time: the strategy is just the tip of the iceberg, the bigger part is the work you do “underwater”.
That’s what we’re going to do on Monday. We're going to find and release those blocks, fears and limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck and frustrated.
