That's a tall order I know. Here's the thing. My mentor, Sean G Murphy
teaches us how to be in a peak state, and how to craft stories that
engage. Most people teach strategies, but our stories tell us from the
inside out how to show up most effectively...and more importantly how
to choose Joy over Misery every time.
I learned a process in the 80's that allowed me to tap into my highest

process was the first time I stopped feeling crazy.

but as soon as I walked in the room and saw this kindly older man in a big
chair, I knew something magical was going to unfold...and it did.
