Subject: You can do that in EQ8?

Visualizing your quilt has never been easier!

Friend, the new booklet teaches you all of this...

Yes, you can import your own fabrics into EQ8!

One of the most frequent questions we get is, "can you add your own fabrics to EQ8?". Many of you know the answer is yes! Photos and panels too! And now it's even easier with the new booklet, EQ8 Deep Dive: Fabrics, Panels, and Photos!

That’s right, you can take a picture of your stash with any camera so you can design with fabrics you already own and see yardage requirements! The booklet will walk you through this method as well as scanning fabric.

If a fabric manufacturer releases a new collection and you want to see how it will look in your quilt design before purchasing it, the booklet will teach you how! This way, you can “try before you buy!”

By importing a picture of your panel into EQ8, you can experiment with what borders you want to use to make your quilt shine! If the panel comes with accompanying fabrics, you’ll know how to import those, too, making it the perfect way to incorporate them into your design!

The booklet will teach you how to edit your images so they are the correct size and scale. You’ll also learn how to crop out areas of the photos you don’t want to see in your design. All of these tips are essential for designing a t-shirt quilt!

Once you’ve imported your fabrics and photos, the booklet will explain how you can create a Favorites Library in EQ8 so those images will be available for you in any project. Organize them however you want—you can even add notes like where you have the actual fabric stored in your house and how much you have!

Exclusive BONUS VIDEOS included with purchase! The booklet is fully-illustrated so mastering the material will be a breeze. If you're a visual learner, access the videos that are included for help with some of the steps.
