We’ve been doing this a long time and hearing about the ways you use our software and its importance to you and your craft is always heart-warming to us. It’s our wonderful audience of dedicated quilters who have supported our company over the years, and we thank you for being part of that group. As I mentioned in my last email, we want you to have a complimentary copy of the program as a thank you gift. Since you’ve already claimed your BlockBase+, we have loaded the final release version (Windows 1.0.0.0 and Mac 3.0.0.0) into your account at electricquilt.com To get the final release version please: Log into your account on ElectricQuilt.com: https://electricquilt.com/online-shop/account/ Click on the “My Downloads” button. Find your BlockBase+ Claim Product in the list, then click on the blue “Download File” button to start the download. This will be the same button you have used to download the Beta.
You will have access to both the Windows and Mac versions of BlockBase+ so please download the correct version for your platform. If you have trouble installing, please let us know as soon as possible. Please use the Provide Feedback option found under File > Provide Feedback on Windows or BlockBase+ > Provide Feedback on Mac. You can also contact us via our live chat between 9am and 4:30pm Eastern Time. We will not be monitoring this email as frequently now that the Beta period is complete so the above two options will get you the fastest response.
