| Proudly present you the new member of the team
Pascal Smeets has joined Eisenkolb as a Sales & Marketing manager. Pascal is a young, though experienced, energetic and service oriented person who likes to build and maintain long term relationships.
As a bachelor in Human Mechanical Engineering he has a technical background combined with a good set of commercial skills.
In his past experience he has worked as a sales engineer in different companies and fields. Especially over the last five years he has been managing machine sales projects in the international textile industry, and is therewith very integrated in the window coverings industry.
His challenge is to manage the Eisenkolb sales team in such a way that there is a balanced team with superior product offering in order to create continued satisfaction for customers.
We trust that Pascal fits well into the Eisenkolb vision and we are convinced that he will prove his loyalty to you as a customer.

| Leaving the team
Lennard Buth will unfortunately leave Eisenkolb on May 27th. The travel distance between his house and our office played the main role in his decision. The arrival of his first child was the final push.
Lennard started working as a sales coordinator in 2009 and since 2014 he has held the position of export manager Europe, where he has built up stable relationships with our agents and customers. It is a loss for to us let him go, but we do respect his decision and wish him all the luck with his family and building up his expertise in the greenhouse construction industry.
