| Eisenkolb expands and launches Eisenkolb USA, LP |

A US division is launched lately in order to serve the fast growing market. Eisenkolb trusts that the US division will positively influence customer experience by offering local contact points in customer service and sales, and keeping parts in stock.
Will Knieper, business partner and president of Eisenkolb USA, will be responsible for the day to day management. Together with technicians Raul Averhoff and Jerome Thomas he will serve the US market. Will has extensive knowledge of window coverings and automation. Raul and Jerome both have long experience in the sewing industry. With each of them having over 20 years of experience in this industry Eisenkolb trusts to have a strong team on board to take care of you.

| EPS-2200 and MPS-2600 available in 6” versions |

Two new versions of pleating machines have been added to the Eisenkolb product line. The economic type pleating machine EPS-2200 and the multiple pleating machine MPS-2600 for automated double pleating have become available in 15 cm (6”) versions. The development is in line with the growing need for larger headers in pinch pleated curtains. Both machines will be capable of processing 8, 10, 12.5 and 15 cm headers. The 12.5 cm (5”) version remains for 6, 8, 10 and 12.5 cm headers.

This talented youngster studied international management in Lyon and is Master of Science in Business with Entrepreneurship. Fabien joined the Eisenkolb team in December 2016 and after an extensive period of training and preparation he is now more than ready to serve Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and France.
A short introduction from Fabien: “Originally from France, I am having the chance to live in the Netherlands for three years now. I previously built up my working experience with French speaking markets in the sign industry.
I truly believe that we can grow professionally and personally by being confronted to the difference in the world and this is why I am very proud to be part of the Eisenkolb team. It offers me the opportunity to discover the real culture of each one of your countries.
I am very looking forward to collaborate with you. Together we can work on new projects in order to develop the most efficient way of manufacturing for you.” |

The summer has started and Eisenkolb’s staff will take some time off to reload for the 2nd half of this year.
Herefore Eisenkolb will be limited available in week 31, 32 and 33 (Monday July 31st until Friday August 18th).
In these weeks there will be a customer service desk but limited spare parts and Microflex hooks deliveries available.
We kindly ask you to take your stock position of spare parts and Microflex hooks during this period into consideration. Please send us your orders before July 20th so we can guarantee an on time delivery.
From Monday, August 21st, Eisenkolb will be at your service again.
