Eisenkolb has also taken appropriate measures to prevent the possible spread and contamination of the Corona virus. We follow the advice of the competent authorities. This means that we currently have a large number of our employees working from home. Accessibility will not suffer from this.
We have drawn up a protocol for various activities that we as a company will adhere to in the coming period, see below:
Service visit protocol:
- In principle, service is provided internally at Eisenkolb
- Only strictly necessary external visits, preferably in secluded space
- Do not shake hands
- Appropriate spacing
- Hygiene measures
- No use of canteen
Supply protocol:
- Only strictly necessary deliveries
- Limit delivery times
- Deliveries are not signed off
- Deliveries only at the expedition and not at the front door
- Appropriate distance
- Place goods on designated compartments
- No access to space other than just expedition
Sales protocol:
- Only receive customers strictly necessary
- Reception only by export manager and / or instructor
- Do not shake hands
- Appropriate spacing
- Hygiene measures
- Access to showroom only
