Locus has a great feature that lets you have any simple form available on any mobile device, regardless of mobile operating system. This feature is well suited for audits and inspections, which are typically conducted on a routine basis in the field with a standard suite of questions.

For the mobile forms, you can specify exactly which fields you want to display in the mobile view to create a streamlined experience, even if the form itself has additional information or data capture fields that you will not use during the audit/inspection (e.g., documents).

You can also take as many pictures as you wish and then select from your photo library the ones you want to include in the record. Just about any form can be mobile enabled in this fashion for any type of data collection for any application in Locus software.
